About the product

Hunting Amberg Full Flat (S)

Amberg Full Flat Hunting (S) is a versatile hunting knife designed for skinning, field dressing, and processing game in the field – but also an outdoor knife that works excellently for outdoor cooking and light carving. It combines precision, strength, and an easy-to-maintain construction for hunters who need a reliable knife during the hunting season and in everyday outdoor life.

Full flat grind for controlled cuts

The knife features a full flat grind that provides low resistance and clean, controlled cuts when skinning and dressing game. The grind is inspired by kitchen and food preparation knives but adapted for hunting use, delivering clean cuts and low friction.

For hunting, skinning, and outdoor life

Amberg Full Flat Hunting is developed for hunters who want a robust yet precise knife. It performs equally well for skinning and field dressing game as it does at the camp kitchen, where the full flat grind delivers clean cuts and low friction. The blade is also strong enough for light carving and practical tasks in the field.

Secure grip in all conditions

The new handle has a flatter shape and a narrower front for excellent control and the option of a pinch grip. The ridges along the spine provide natural support during precision work, and the friction pattern has been laboratory tested to ensure a safe grip even when cold, wet, or covered in blood.

The ambidextrous Click-On sheath can be carried on either the left or right side and comes with a belt loop. With the included Click-On Mount, you can easily attach your knife to your backpack, bike, ATV, boat, or other gear for quick access. Add extra Click-On Mounts to keep your Amberg close at hand wherever you need it.

Full Flat grind with secondary bevel in Swedish stainless steel

The 108 mm blade is 3.2 mm thick and made of Swedish stainless 14C28N steel. It is hardened and cryogenically treated for high strength and edge retention, with a hardness of 58 HRC. The flat grind with secondary bevel provides low friction and precise cuts for skinning and field dressing. The knife is not ferro rod compatible due to its polished spine.
