Utility knife in classic design with modern function

Utility Knife Classic 1891 (S) features a rustic design, inspired by the first Morakniv, with a red-stained birch handle that sits comfortably in the hand. The medium-sized vegetable knife has a 12.8 cm blade that handles many different kitchen tasks and is made from stainless steel with lasting sharpness.

All-round knife for chopping, slicing and cutting

This utility cooking knife is the perfect complement when the chef’s knife is too large and the paring knife too small. Use it to chop herbs, slice root vegetables or cut fruit quickly and easily.

Safe, comfortable and easy to use in the kitchen

The well-balanced knife has a barrel-shaped handle that fits comfortably in the hand, with a finger guard for secure handling. Stainless steel ferrules protect the wood from moisture and bacteria. The rounded spine and tip make it easy to scrape the cutting board and reduce the risk of puncture injuries.

Stainless steel with lasting sharpness

The 12.8 cm blade is made from Swedish stainless steel (10C28Mo2) with a hardness of 57 HRC and lasting sharpness. The blade is 2 mm thick with an 18° sharpening angle per side (36° total) – delivering precise, even cuts and making the knife easy to maintain and sharpen.
