Right to withdraw
As a customer on morakniv.com you have the right to withdraw within 30 days. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must email our customer support. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. If you need assistance in carrying out the right to withdraw, please contact our customer support. The right to withdraw does not apply to custom products like laser-engraved knives. When ordering laser-engraved knives the responsibility for the content of the engraving lies on the customer and we engrave exactly the text written by the customer at the time of purchase.
Return policy
Morakniv values our relationship with you, and offers you the option to return most products you purchase directly from us. For all purchases not made directly from Morakniv, please check the return policy of the dealer/agent from which you purchased your product.
If you wish to return a product bought on morakniv.com it must be in its original condition and original packaging. You are liable for any diminished value of the products resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the same. This means the products should not have been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn and that any labels or tags should be intact. The buyer is obliged to pay the cost for the fright home to Morakniv. If you wish to return your product, always contact us first by sending an e-mail to support(at)morakniv.se.

Returning a product
Send an email to support(at)morakniv.se. State your order number and the product in question. Please note that you must always contact customer service before making a return.
When contacting our customer support to register your return, they can provide you with a shipping label. We recommend you to choose this method for return. For using this shipping label we will charge 99 SEK within Sweden, 15 EUR outside of Sweden for the refund.
You can also buy your own postage, but please note that the package must be traceable and delivered to the door (Cannot be sent as “Recommended letter”).
If applicable, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment as soon as possible.
Condition of the goods on return
When returning, the packaging must be unbroken and intact, so remember to protect the original packaging with packaging so that it cannot be damaged in transport. All accessories, such as the original packaging, instructions for use and accompanying accessories must be included in the return. If the goods cannot be resold upon return due to, for example, destruction of the original packaging or other defects, you may be liable for compensation for such loss of value.
If the product is not complete when returned, or otherwise affected in a way that reduces the value of the product, Morakniv reserves the right to make a price deduction or not accept the return. Please note that returns are only accepted if the product is unused. This means that if the product has decreased in value as a result of you handling it to a greater extent than necessary, you may be liable to pay compensation for such loss of value.
Refunds
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment as soon as possible. Please note that this may take some working days.
In the event of a return, a refund will be made as soon as we have received and approved the return. Please note that it may take a couple of banking days before the amount is in your account.
