Hunting Curved Boning (S) is a boning knife with a curved, flexible blade made from Swedish stainless steel. Designed for precision work during game processing, the curved shape of the blade follows the contours of the bones and helps minimize meat waste. The included knife sheath has a ribbed interior that’s easy to clean and reduces the risk of rust formation.

Hunting Curved Boning (S) is developed for hunters who need a reliable knife for boning game. The 132 mm long and 1.85 mm thick blade is made from recycled Swedish stainless steel and features a full flat grind for clean and precise cuts. The angled blade improves ergonomics when butchering hanging game.

For game processing with minimal waste

The curved, flexible blade follows the bone structure closely, offering great control during boning while minimizing waste. The angled shape helps improve posture when working with hanging carcasses.

Secure grip even in wet conditions

The handle is injection-molded in orange polymer with a TPE rubber friction grip and features a finger guard for safe handling in all conditions. The EasyClean sheath has a ribbed interior that allows for airflow and easy rinsing to reduce moisture and rust.

Flexible blade made from Swedish stainless steel

The 132 mm long and 1.85 mm thick blade is made from Swedish stainless steel (10C28), with a recycle rate above 80% and a hardness of 56.5 HRC. The full flat grind allows for controlled slicing through meat and is easy to maintain. The stainless steel is durable and holds its edge well.
