The knife has an ergonomically shaped handle allowing multiple grip positions. Together with the full-tang blade, the handle offers balance, strength, and stability in every cut. The knife is delivered with a sheath made of vegetable-tanned leather.

The blade is 2.5 mm thick and 119 mm long, made from Swedish stainless steel (10C28Mo2) with a hardness of 56.5 HRC. The black PVD coating protects against scratches and provides some corrosion resistance. The knife features a full tang for strength and stability and distinct side bevel grinding.

A tribute to Rombo-Anders from Mora

The knife is named after the shoemaker Rombo-Anders Eriksson Ström from Mora, who in the late 1800s began making durable knife sheaths from vulcanized fiber. The sleek Ash Wood series includes four knives with black blades and ash wood handles. Rombo BlackBlade is made in Mora, Sweden, with over 130 years of Swedish knife-making tradition.
