Elevate your dining with a piece of Swedish design heritage
Inspired by the first Morakniv, the Steak Knife Classic carries Swedish design heritage to today’s tables. Rooted in Swedish nature, the new tones Jord, Skog, and Aska bring earthy brown, deep forest green, and dark ash grey to our dining collection. Made in Mora from Swedish materials, it unites knife-making, design, and the art of cooking. With clean lines, birch handles, and blades in Swedish stainless steel, it brings Scandinavian simplicity and balance to every dining experience. Timeless yet contemporary – a genuine piece of Swedish craftsmanship, made to elevate your dining.
Timeless Scandinavian Design, made in Mora
Steak Knife Classic Jord, Skog, and Aska combine Swedish design tradition with modern craftsmanship. Produced in our factory in Mora, the birch handles are stained in natural tones inspired by Swedish nature. The polished blade in Swedish stainless steel cuts just as precisely through a grilled entrecôte as through roasted root vegetables. The result is knives that bring Scandinavian simplicity, function, and balance to every meal.
Sharp, perfectly balanced, and beautifully designed for every dining occasion
These knives are an expression of world-class Swedish craftsmanship, where every detail is carefully considered and made with precision. The barrel-shaped birch handles sit comfortably in the hand, while the stainless steel bolster from Anderstorp provides perfect balance, weight, and a seamless transition between wood and blade. The 100 mm long, 2 mm thick blade is made from Swedish stainless steel (12C27). With a hardness of 56.5 HRC and an 11.5° edge angle per side, it ensures smooth cuts and long-lasting sharpness.
