The Scout 39 Safe model features a 86 mm long blade made of stainless steel with a rounded tip.

The barrel-shaped birch wood handle is sized for smaller hands and comes in oiled natural or stained blue or pink. The rounded tip and double finger guard keep fingers safe. The included sheath is made of vegetable tanned leather, features a belt strap, and a classic button lock that secures the knife in place. The embossed coat of arms from Dalarna is a tribute to Morakniv’s craft heritage.

Swedish stainless steel with long-lasting sharpness

The 2.0 mm thick, 86 mm long blade is made from Swedish stainless steel (12C27), with a recycle rate over 80% and a hardness of 56.5 HRC. The steel is durable, retains its sharpness for a long time, and requires minimal maintenance.
