Morakniv is expanding its range of kitchen knives with three new colors inspired by nature: Jord, Skog, and Aska – Swedish for Soil, Forest and Ash. The knives are made in Mora from Swedish materials, combining timeless Scandinavian design with genuine Swedish craftsmanship – for a modern and stylish table setting that fits perfectly in both rustic country kitchens and contemporary homes.

New colors – same elegance and sharpness

The knives showcase world-class Swedish craftsmanship, where every detail is carefully refined. All materials origin from Sweden. The stainless steel comes from Sandviken, the barrel-shaped handles are made from Swedish birch, stained in Morakniv’s factory in Mora using color from Arbrå. A stainless-steel bolster from Anderstorp adds balance, weight, and an elegant transition between blade and handle. The result is timeless Scandinavian design – clean lines, natural materials, and enduring elegance.

The 10 cm blade is crafted from Swedish stainless steel that holds its edge over time and cuts just as precisely through a grilled entrecôte as through roasted root vegetables. Each knife is hand-hafted and assembled by our skilled knifemakers in Mora, where more than 130 years of Swedish craftsmanship meet modern production.

The new colors Jord (Brown), Skog (Green), and Aska (Grey) are available in both 2-packs and 4-packs. The model is also available in classic red, making it easy to create a complete set that suits your style and table setting.

“We’ve made it even easier for the style- and quality-conscious consumer to match their interior and tableware – our appreciated Classic Steak Knife is now available in three carefully selected new colors, in addition to the timeless Dala Red,” says Richard Jägrud, CPO/CEO at Morakniv.
