Wit BlackBlade is a versatile wilderness knife with a black PVD-coated full-tang blade made of Swedish stainless steel and a sleek ash wood handle. It is ferro rod compatible and built for outdoor adventures. The knife comes with a sheath made of vegetable-tanned leather with a belt loop.

Wit BlackBlade features a full-tang blade running through the handle, providing strength and stability in every cut. The 2.5 mm thick blade is made of Swedish stainless steel with a black PVD coating that offers some corrosion resistance. The spine is ferro rod compatible, so you can start a fire in any weather.

Sleek and ergonomic ash wood handle

The knife has a sturdy handle made from light FSC®-certified ash wood, featuring a functional grip heel and finger guard for maximum control regardless of grip style. The black vegetable-tanned leather sheath has a belt loop and protects the edge from damage.

Swedish stainless steel with black PVD coating

The 2.5 mm thick blade is made of Swedish stainless steel (12C27) with a hardness of 58 HRC. The black PVD coating protects against scratches and provides some corrosion resistance. The knife has a full tang for strength and stability and features a Scandi Grind edge.

A tribute to Wit-Anders from Mora

The knife is named after Wit-Anders Eriksson, a skilled toolmaker at Frosts Knife Factory in Mora, known for his precision craftsmanship and dedication to knife design. The sleek Ash Wood series includes four knives with black blades and ash wood handles. Lok BlackBlade is made in Mora, Sweden, with over 130 years of Swedish knife-making tradition.
