Hunting Narrow Boning (S) is a boning knife with a narrow, flexible blade made from Swedish stainless steel. Designed for reaching tight areas during filleting and boning, it offers high precision with minimal waste. The included knife sheath has a ribbed interior that’s easy to clean and helps prevent rust formation.

Hunting Narrow Boning (S) is developed for hunters who need a flexible knife to separate meat from the bone with precision. The 134 mm long and 1.76 mm thick blade is made from recycled Swedish stainless steel and features a full flat grind for clean, controlled cuts. The narrow blade profile makes it easier to access hard-to-reach areas.

Flexible blade for precise filleting and boning

The narrow and flexible blade offers excellent control when filleting fish or boning meat, even in tight angles. The knife helps reduce waste and preserve meat quality during game processing.

Secure grip even in wet conditions

The handle is injection-molded in orange polymer with a TPE rubber friction grip and features a finger guard for safe handling in all conditions. The EasyClean sheath has a ribbed interior for airflow and easy rinsing, helping reduce moisture and rust.

Narrow blade made from Swedish stainless steel

The 134 mm long and 1.76 mm thick blade is made from Swedish stainless steel (10C28), with a recycle rate above 80% and a hardness of 56.5 HRC. The full flat grind provides precise cuts through meat and fish, and the stainless steel requires minimal maintenance.
