Hunting Butcher (S) is a butcher knife with a stiff blade and blunt tip made from Swedish stainless steel. Designed for skinning and butchering game, the durable blade delivers clean cuts while minimizing the risk of puncturing. The included sheath with a ribbed interior is easy to clean and helps reduce rust buildup.

Hunting Butcher (S) is developed for hunters who need a robust knife for both skinning and butchering. The 164 mm long and 2.3 mm thick blade is made from Swedish stainless steel and features a full flat grind for clean and controlled cuts. The blunt tip reduces the risk of puncturing meat or tissue.

Stiff blade for control and safety

The rigid blade provides strength and stability during skinning and butchering, while the blunt tip lowers the risk of damaging organs or puncturing meat and tissue.

Secure grip even in wet conditions

The handle is molded in orange polymer with a TPE rubber friction grip and features a finger guard for safe handling in all conditions. The EasyClean sheath has a ribbed interior for easier cleaning and improved airflow, helping prevent moisture and rust.

Full flat-ground and Swedish stainless steel

The 164 mm long and 2.3 mm thick blade is made from Swedish stainless steel (10C28) with a recycle rate of over 80% and a hardness of 56.5 HRC. The full flat grind ensures efficient cuts through meat, while the stainless steel is durable and holds its edge over time.
