– A carving knife with a longer 85 mm blade, ideal for making larger, more powerful cuts. The 2.5 mm thick blade is made from durable German carbon steel with long-lasting edge retention. It features the same comfortable birch handle and full tang as the 120 (C).Woodcarving Knife 106 (C)
- A carving knife with a longer 85 mm blade suitable for heavy-duty cuts. The blade is 2.5 mm thick and made of German carbon steel with long-lasting sharpness. It has the same comfortable birch handle and full tang as the 120 (C).Hook Knife 162 (S)
– Features a tight curvature and sharpened on both sides, perfect for deep hollowing in spoons, bowls, or scoops. The full rat-tail tang and stainless steel blade offer stability and long-lasting performance. Leather sheath included.– With a wider, more open curve, it’s great for bowls with a larger radius and for smoothing out surfaces. The double-edge design allows for push and pull cuts. Like the 162, it has a full tang and a comfortable birch handle. Leather sheath included.
